Earthing
We are from and of the Earth. When we disconnect from our roots, from our origin, our equilibrium is affected, this is when we need ‘grounding’.
‘Earthing’ is the practice of connecting to the Earth’s natural electromagnetic field. This connection calms and centres you. The Hamlet offers you the right space and guidance to practise the ancient method by walking barefoot on grass, sand and soil, helping you reconnect with Mother Earth.

Notice how your heart simply soars when you see a beautiful green tree or a gorgeous flower in all her glory? Being around nature in general and plants in specific has a soothing effect on people. Working with them, doing something as simple as weeding helps one feel more connected to the natural world.



Animal therapy
Besides being incredibly cute, animals and birds have the ability to heal and interacting with them can be extremely therapeutic. Come and spend some time with our horses, masakali doves, rabbits, ducks and others in a safe and natural space, to feel calm, connected, and less isolated.
